Resident Services Portal

The Borough of Stroudsburg partners with MyGov for comprehensive online resident services through the Borough’s own online Resident Services Portal. 

This Portal allows you to apply for all Borough licenses and permits; report Code violations; and make requests and communicate directly with Borough staff. 

No longer is there a need to download and print forms, fill them out by hand, and either mail them or take them to Borough Hall.  You can conveniently fill out forms online and pay with the card of your choice, all from your home, 24 hours a day.        

Contractors who work within the Borough can become credentialed contractors in the Borough through the Portal and expedite processing of building permits.  

MyGov’s interface allows you to participate directly with the Borough.  The Portal automatically updates in real-time, allowing you to stay up-to-date on all projects.

The first step in the process is creating a Collaborator Account.  Once your account is set up, you can access all of the features of this Portal.  Collaborator accounts are free and available to anyone with an e-mail account.
