The Borough of Stroudsburg has been awarded $130,670 LSA – Monroe County Grant for the updating of storm water inlets and paving of Sarah Street. The work should be completed by the end of September.

The Borough of Stroudsburg offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. We are located at the corner of Seventh and Sarah Streets, diagonally across from the Monroe County Courthouse. Most departments are on the second floor of the building.
At our office you may apply for various permits such as yard sale, parade, banner, building, zoning, etc. and obtain information for most other issues regarding the Borough. The Borough Manager’s office, the Mayor’s office, Fire Department and offices for zoning and code matters are located here.
Borough Council Meeting Dates & Time
Borough Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 7 p.m.
on the second floor of the Stroudsburg Municipal Building located at 700 Sarah Street.
